Smart Speaker Skill for AbbVie LINZESS®
One of my KPIs when I set my sights on becoming Associate Creative Director was to create a smart speaker skill for one of our clients. This was a slightly daunting task—as an agency that primarily worked in DR advertising, we'd never done something like that. I started pitching.
Fast-forward about a year (and what a year it was, as we transitioned to working from home and dealing with... all that was 2020). Working closely with AbbVie and engineers on the Amazon side, our team launched the Linzess Gut Check Quiz smart speaker skill in 2021.

This project required collaboration with all stakeholders in order to adhere to the constraints of the medium, the production budget, and the stringent language and disclaimers required when working in the pharmaceutical space. What was truly gratifying was creating something innovative for one of our clients, not to say we did it, but to offer a unique and accessible conversion funnel for users. Expanding our offerings as an agency was an added bonus.
